I haven't used this item in my cartilage piercing yet, as it is still healing. This really looks impressive - tiny beautiful sparkling stones in sterling silver. I wish Cartilage Cartel would venture into sterling silver with opal stones too as their styles would look equally good with opals. I also wish there were more studs with 6mm length posts as some of them are longer - and I know from my initial piercing-stud length (before it was downsized) how annoying the longer posts can be!
