1. Order Processing
Dispatch Time: Orders placed before 12 PM (GMT) on business days (Monday to Friday) are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and public holidays, will be dispatched the next business day.
Weekend Orders: Orders placed after 12 PM on Fridays will be dispatched on the following Monday.
2. Shipping Options
United Kingdom
Royal Mail Tracked 24®: Aims to deliver within 1-2 business days. Please note, this is not a guaranteed service.
Royal Mail Tracked 48®: Aims to deliver within 2-3 business days. This service is also not guaranteed.
DPD Next Day: For guaranteed next-day delivery, we recommend using DPD Next Day service. Orders must be placed before 12 PM (GMT) for next business day delivery.
Please be aware that delivery times are estimates and can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as postal delays or adverse weather conditions.
International Shipping
European Union (EU): Currently, we do not ship directly to EU countries. However, you can shop our products via our partner, Wolf & Badger, who cover all taxes and duties and offer competitive express shipping to the EU.
United States: Orders under $600 are typically not subject to additional fees. Orders exceeding this amount may incur customs duties, payable by the customer.
Rest of the World: International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for detailed information.
3. Additional Information
Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct to avoid delays or misdeliveries.
Service Delays: From time to time, there may be unprecedented service delays in certain areas with Royal Mail. Should your parcel be delayed, Royal Mail will not class it as lost or missing until 10 business days have passed. In such cases, we will not send out a replacement until the 10-day timeframe has passed.
