Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery option and destination.
We also offer free UK delivery on orders over £50, which is sent via Tracked 48.
We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.
- Orders placed before 12pm (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same working day
- Orders placed after 12pm are dispatched the next working day
- Orders placed after 12pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday (excludes bank holidays)
Delivery options explained:
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 – A fully tracked service with delivery aimed for the next working day after dispatch
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 – A fully tracked service with delivery aimed for 2–3 working days after dispatch

Yes. Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details so you can follow your delivery every step of the way. Please check your spam folders and junk if you do not receive this.
UK customers: No. All prices include VAT, there are no additional fees on delivery.
International customers:For US orders, any applicable duties and taxes are collected at checkout, so there are no surprise charges on delivery.For other international destinations, customs duties or local taxes may apply depending on your country’s import regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Once an order has been shipped, we’re unfortunately unable to make changes. In this case, any return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges
For hygiene and safety reasons, we operate a strict no-returns policy on all piercing jewellery, including earrings and any jewellery designed to be worn in a piercing.
We understand this can feel frustrating, however it is essential that we protect our customers by ensuring we never resell jewellery that may have been worn. Unfortunately, there is no way for us to determine whether piercing jewellery has been tried on.
To help you shop with confidence, all product pages clearly display sizing information, and we provide detailed jewellery sizing guides. We always recommend confirming your size before placing an order.
All non-piercing jewellery is covered by our standard, simple returns policy.

Earrings and all piercing jewellery arenon-returnable and non-exchangeablefor hygiene reasons.
Piercing jewellery is not eligible for exchanges.
All other jewellery may be returned or exchanged, subject to our returns conditions. To arrange a return or exchange, please contact our team at hello@cartilagecartel.com.
Any jewellery designed to be worn in a piercing is non-returnable due to hygiene and safety regulations.
Once your return has been delivered back to us, please allow 3–4 working days for the item to be received, inspected, and approved.
Refunds are processed promptly after approval. Please note that refund times can vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
